David Estrella is President and Gerald Rubino is Vice President. Shop Committee members Anthony Piermont, Al Soares, and Joseph Silva complete the Negotiating Committee. A tie for the third Shop Committee resulted in Joseph Silva winning the seat in a run-off election against Stephen Sanfillippo III. The current bargaining agreement between Local 587 and Raytheon was ratified by the membership on February 27, 2016 at the Portsmouth High School. The 3-year contract secured a raise of 3% for 2018.
